Manual therapy in the neurological development of children.
The physiology of manual therapy and brain development, and its effect on children, particularly those with neurological delays.
Dr Roberto de Souza has worked as a chiropractor for the last 10 years and in particular has treated many paediatric patients since starting post-graduate studies in Clinical Chiropractic Paediatrics in 2005. Dr de Souza treats many neurologically challenged or delayed little ones that are referred by other specialist health professionals in Tasmania. He has seen and treated a wide spectrum of neurologically delayed and challenged neonates, infants and toddlers and documented first hand some of the amazing effects that manual therapy has on the developing child's nervous system.
